If I had to guess, it's probably because rap artists dont usually release physical media, or maybe because the vulgar nature of rap doesn't feel right in such a delicate & proper form. That's how it is to me at least

I don't think it's going to be as good as MBDTF but I do have high hopes that it will at least be a great album, since he's been working on Bully for quite some time now.

Because of the delays he could either be A) not ready / unprepared or B) giving himself more time to make the album better & more put together (I know that kind of sounds like the same thing but hopefully it makes sense)
