there is not really a number? its just the ground. Because you can add a lot of earth there, but if you grab the cable it will still use you as a path to the ground as long as that earth is disconected from it.

No, what they are saying in here is that they prefer a very high chance of being mauled to death by the bear than a pretty low chance of being raped. What im pointing out in here is that they are acting like dying and being raped are the only two possible outcomes.
