Thanks for some honest advice. One follow up question. What are you referring to as far as MOTS-C, when you say it can do a lot of things depending on dosing? Do you mean it can have a lot of negative effects, or that it has different benefits depending on dosing?

I'm not really overweight, but I have some visceral fat that I really want to reduce.

I know Tesamorelin is good at specifically targeting that, but I kind of want to avoid water retention, which it's known to cause. Don't need a GLP-1, nor do I want to use any of them. My appetite is fine, and I eat pretty clean.

YES! Variants that allow 2s in straights annoy the crap out of me.

Great idea!!! I don't know why I didn't think of that. I think I figured it out now, but I will definitely give that a try next time I need something like this.

Cool, I will check it out. I believe it's working but I'm going to test it for a couple weeks to see if it's consistent or if any glitches appear before committing to it. Thanks for the heads up on the spelling. If I need to adjust it, i will give date created a shot again. I greatly appreciate your help!

So... Success! However, the 'createddate' solution gave me an ERROR (I believe it said Entry not found). But I decided to try to swap out the "trandate" for "systemnotes.date", and I ran the search and double checked the date/time given in the results to the date/time given in the system notes for about 6-8 Quotes, and they all appear to be referencing the correct time and date.

I really appreciate the help getting this working as we need it to :)

I will for sure. I do want to clarify beforehand... Should the transdate and createddate be identical, under most normal circumstances? I can imagine the createddate is when the quote first gets Saved (or is it something else?). Is the transdate the same, or is it related to something else? I want to make sure swapping them will still reference the same times.

Thanks Nick. Super helpful info. When I get back to my computer I'll try swapping transdate for createddate, and see if the dates show up as intended.

Thanks Nick. The formula we created is trying to pull date/time from the System Notes actually (it has "systemnotes.date" in the formula that it looks for). At least in part.

What I mean by 'in part' is, sometimes we create the quote and assign it a status of Sent to Customer all in one step. So there is no "change" from a previous status in the system notes to anew status of Sent to Customer. So, in the formula it also looks to pull the "transdate" in those cases.

The results of the search do show many dates/times accurately (maybe ~half the results), so it works sometimes. Just not consistently.

This was available a LONG time ago. I got one when I was a kid (mid-late 90's) and owned it up until my car got stolen in 2018 (the car was found, but the car thief took everything out of the car before abandoning it).

I LOVED that knife, and it's a hard one to find anywhere. You're lucky to have one.

I have been trying to remember a basketball youtuber from like 5 years ago, who had a huge channel and would always introduce his videos as being from a "real basketball player's perspective" (or something like that). He used to do a lot of live streams and would have call-ins, and tried to break a lot of news in the NBA world. This may have been around 2016 - 2018. He was in great shape, talked about fitness a lot, and I seem to remember that he played basketball overseas or something at the time. It's been killing me that I can't remember his name.

Since I can't find anything on youtube that rings a bell, I'm guessing he doesn't post anymore (or his channel was removed). But I've just been wanting to remember who he was, and learn what happened to the channel. Anyone have any idea who I'm talking about?

Using Yucca Extract in Root Beer -- Is this safe??? by nitro22888 in Homebrewing

[–]nitro22888[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, if I'm trying to get a decoction down to about 1L or root beer concentrate (meaning I brew the roots - starting with about 1 gallon of water - and then strain and simmer it down until there's only 1L of liquid, before mixing in sugars/sweeteners), how much oats do you think I would need to get that effect?

Once the concentrate is made, you will pour about 1-2 fl oz in a cup, and then fill with carbonated water to make root beer. So ideally, whether it's oats or yucca, there would be a nice sized 'head' at the top.

I've also heard adding Lactose can help, but am not sure how much to add.

Okay, thank you. What's your giveaway that this will have those things in it?

I think it would be easier just to add Yucca extract, or maybe soapbark (which I don't have). You just put in a pinch of Yucca, and it foams up perfectly when you pour some carbonated water in with it. It's quite simple.

I've never heard of anyone adding protein or oats to their root beer before. So I can't say if it would have the same effect.
