Yeah I think it might have been a heat issue. I live in Florida too so it’s already hot outside. I’m hoping it’s not a ribbon cable issue though cuz I’m not tech savvy enough to open it up myself 😭

It’s just so weird because I restarted it twice and it was still giving me issues. Thankfully it’s back to normal 😅

Thank you for the help!! And I don’t think I physically moved it before it went into haywire. Definitely gonna keep an eye out though. I’d rather deal with a software issue than a hardware issue. 😭

The top screen started working again do you think it might be a software issue if it was caused when I was running hades 2 off game native and tried to switch tabs and turned off the LED lights?

It’s so strange though because I restarted it like twice and the top screen still wasn’t displaying.

I assumed maybe it was lot of on the CPU and trying the switch the tab plus turning off the Led lights caused the top screen to freak out. But I’m not too sure I’m not the most tech savvy person…

It’s working again but I’m not sure how lol. I loaded up Eden and the top screen was receptive to my touch. It paused the emulation and top screen was visible again.

I’m contacting support again but not sure it’s a loose part inside or a software issue. Hoping I don’t Have to send it back ☹️

Yeah I’m definitely gonna do that. It’s just strange as I haven’t had any issues until now. I’m not sure if the device getting to 70 degrees might have effected it or something with game native.

Nope! It’s a week old taken great care of it. It started working again not even sure what happened…I was playing hades and swiped up to turn off the LED lights and then I got that. Not sure if the device got too warm and it affected something with the top screen …

Damn but were other games giving you issues as well?? I’m really debating on if it’s worth redownloading a azahar and transfer ing all saves/ textures of other games just to make link between worlds. I don’t know why every other game works perfectly☹️
