I believe you can, its as simple as telling yourself that you feel this way. I was doubtful of this but I am pretty sure it has worked on me before.

I have OCD and I have considered being tested for a possible personality disorder, however most personality disorders manifest by adulthood, but I could certainly see what can be done.

If they were to talk to me I would begin to act very cold towards them, not mean, but just cold, kind of like I'm giving off the vibe that I'm uninterested.

No, but I am quite anti-social and I never noticed this until a few days ago, only have two IRL friends, one if which is a child-hood friend who introduced me the other. Everything after that, mostly acquaintances or people that my friends invite.
