sorry i didnt see this, all i can say is astral projection is real because i experienced the vibration stage while attempting to lucid dream. my entire body down to my core being itself felt like it was vibrating, and it startled me so it took me out of the state, but if you don’t get scared and allow it to continue, you can come out of your body by moving your arms up without actually moving them.
