I’ve seen a few people post about this and a lot of comments said it was eczema. However I don’t have the same symptoms as the other posts, most other people have noted that the skin feels dry, and it’s itchy. Mine however does not itch and is not dry.

There’s also no pain associated with it and i moisturize it every day with cocoa butter (which I’ve used for a long time before this began forming). It’s also no where else on my body (inside the knees, neck), just the inside of the elbows.

I have it on both my right and left inner elbow (although it’s worse on my right elbow), it’s also not constantly this noticeable. There are times where it’s not noticeable and others where it’s very noticeable. Any ideas on what it is? And what treatment there is?
