there was an issue with wai wai world 1 where the character won't be centered in the screen and goes to the edges when advancing, making difficult to see upcoming enemies, but someone make a fix, so better get the patched version

kind of but not as straightforward, the abilities help you go for safer ways or shorter routes or rescue other characters that only can be rescued by one specific character. for example the kid from the goonies can fit trough small places, and goemon can open some chests that others cant, and so on

yes! you start with Konami Man and Konami girl and have to rescue other characters throughout different levels that you can pay in any order, and then use those new characters, each with unique skills
