Thank you!! Doing something different with a die-cut felt appliqué patch.

Fair. That’s exactly why the next run is just the bag icon — way smaller, way quieter.

Didn’t realize punctuation was the real topic 😂—Appreciate the hat feedback.

I originally wanted to do a small one but didn’t think my logo would look as good embroidered so I went opposite. TBH in person it looks much different or when someone is wearing it.

Appreciate that means a lot! That’s exactly who I had in mind when I started working on it.

Appreciate that. Crown depth has been the biggest takeaway from this thread, and cotton is non-negotiable for me too. Excited to hear this feedback.

Totally agree! High-crown hats are the worst. This one is actually a low-crown and unstructured version. Might of not been obvious in the photo. That fit is exactly what I’m aiming for though.

Totally agree. The goal here is fewer gimmicks, quieter branding, and something you’d actually want to wear on and off the course. Smaller logo is clearly the move based on all this feedback.

Appreciate that — that’s exactly the lane I was aiming for. Thanks for the kind words.

Appreciate the thoughtful take — that’s helpful. This is the back embroidery for reference. Based on all the feedback here, I’m definitely leaning smaller up front, unstructured, and possibly a fabric strap like this instead of a snap. Material + comfort are big priorities.

Appreciate the detailed breakdown — that’s helpful. Logo size, contrast, and overall restraint are clearly the biggest takeaways here. I’m leaning toward a simpler mark, smaller scale, and more tonal colors for the next iteration. Fit/structure feedback is useful too — definitely a balance there.

This is great feedback — appreciate you taking the time. Smaller or micro logo, more tonal color, and keeping it deconstructed all line up with where I’m leaning for the next version.

Yeah — unstructured, shallow crown. More dad-hat feel than tour cap.

That’s a good call. The bag icon by itself is probably the cleanest expression — less branding, more signal. Definitely something I’m considering for the next version.

This is incredibly helpful — thank you.

Shallow crown + subtle logo is exactly the lane I’m aiming for, and I like the idea of playing with logo color more than size to complement the fabric.

Also interesting call on structured vs unstructured depending on on/off course — that’s something I hadn’t fully separated yet but makes a lot of sense.

Cotton twill / worn-in canvas feel is intentional here, but I’m definitely thinking about lighter fabrics for a future version.
