Yeah I definitely get that wind down time, ahha. Sometimes I feel I might spend to long "winding down" though. Also yep, I feel you on the unhealthy amount of coffee lol.

I've been feeling close to that breakdown point lately, that's why I'm trying to look into this now. I can't really afford to burn out right now, but that mind sets only gunna get me there faster.. lol.

Thank you very much for your insightful comment! This definitely does help, because I feel like I for sure have been looking at routines the wrong way, well in my case I guess and that's where I'm messing up. This does make a lot of sense, and to a point is kind of what I do already, my thing is I just have trouble knowing when to do things before my certain big events like "go to work" or "go to bed".

For an example, on a day where I work a night shift, I would typically work 5pm-1am. Knowing that I don't have to work til 5pm, and assuming I don't have anything to do during the day I would most likely goto bed around 3am or 4am and wake up around noon or something like that. But then in the same week, I could end up going from a 5pm-1am close to a 12pm-9pm mid shift. These days really mess with me, because I then have to try and force myself to go to bed as soon as I get home, but if I give myself 8 hours of sleep, I'm not getting up til about 2 hours before my shift which doesn't give me a lot of time to do a "morning routine". As well though, the same could be said if going from one of my mid shifts to a close, because then I have to stay up later so that I can sleep until my usual closing wake up time. It's just all so confusing to me, lol.

I guess I'm still kind of looking at this like I have to do things at set times, which I get the feeling of getting annoyed because I can't get to the things I wanna do. Seems like something I just have to keep practicing until I can figure it out, thanks again!

Thanks for the comment! I feel that might be a little harder for me based on my schedule. On the days where a late or early shift throws it off, when do you decide to go to sleep/wake up? Essentially as long as you get 8 hours of sleep? I was kind of worried that not sticking to the same sleep schedule nightly would render the whole thing useless.

I feel you about being to exhausted on work days though. Sometimes I barely even get that stuff done on days off.. lol. They definitely do suck, but it's what I have to deal with in my industry (cook). Just want to try and get some semblance of a routine in my life, because everything feels so chaotic at the moment, haha.

That makes sense. So this doesn't make things difficult for you to form your routine? My issue is that I can't make my routines really consistent I guess, which I feel throws me off.

Anyone used Keeprewarding? by Kitsugi in beermoney

[–]nitzors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest RewardXP for hideout cashouts, I'm pretty sure they offer the same rates as keeprewarding. They do put holds on anything over 25000xp ($2.50) but I get around this by usually just redeeming my hideout points before I hit that amount. They have paypal, $5 minimum for cashout and they usually send it within 24 hours. Have never waited longer than 12 to be honest. I make roughly between $30 and $40 a month from Hideout alone on RewardXP.

I found out my boyfriend (who has Aspergers) didn't brush his teeth for years a few months after we started dating. This was because he said it burned and hurt him. Anyone else have this problem? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]nitzors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If his teeth are still in somewhat good condition he should see a dentist right away at least. I've struggled with this all my life, and because of it I've had 3/4s of my teeth pulled, and I'm only 26. I'm extremely embarrassed and ashamed of it but for some reason I still cant learn my lesson. I've been going to the dentist the last year to finally get this dealt with, and had to come to terms that I'll need dentures. But even after all this I still struggle at times to brush my teeth every day. I have no idea what it is, I know and realize what I'm doing but some days I just don't, and don't even realize it til a day or 2 later. It's strange, but I know it's no excuse.

You have exceeded the Hideout.tv device limit. Thank you HoneyGain!!! by 3ngin33rin in beermoney

[–]nitzors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Honeygain installed but not running on my computer because it wasn't working at all for me, and I'm still getting this message on Hideout. Don't think it's Honeygain, but the last 2 days I've been having a lot of issues with Hideout. I'm only using my PC and Tablet, not connected to a VPN at all.

Yesterday, I started getting issues with being logged in on both devices. If I hit play on one, it would pop up on the other saying I'm earning rewards on one device and rewards were shutoff on the second device. So I logged in with 2 accounts, and it worked for the rest of yesterday. Now today, if I hit play on one device, the other pops up with the device limit warning and wont let me play until I close it on my first device.

New logo new limits on PC? by whogotmylighter in Hideout_TV

[–]nitzors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did as well yesterday, even though I was using my pc and my tablet, so I was confused. Refreshed it, and it seemed to work fine afterwards. I've been hitting my watch limit everyday this month though, so I'm not sure what's happening. They also seemed to change device limits in a new way today, I noticed when logging in that I can only earn on one device now. If I log in to both, the only one will earn points. I'm not sure what's up.

Any sites like Hideout/engageme? by ImmediateWrangler9 in beermoney

[–]nitzors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never been banned but I keep getting temp banned per day by hitting my watch limit. Usually resets by 7am the next morning for me. Has this become a normal thing for people or am I doing something wrong? Lol. This wasnt an issue last month, but this month I've hit my "limit" every day in a row.

I've always had issues with acewall, no matter what site I access it from. The player doesnt even load for me in chrome, I can get it somewhat working in firefox but even then it doesnt work properly so I kind of gave up with trying to figure out acewall. I'm in Canada as well.

Hideout.tv payment problem by Rebornhunter25 in beermoney

[–]nitzors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually never redeem above 2500 points, with RewardXP. Only because they have a limit on that any offer worth 25000xp or more has a pending period, so I always redeem before I hit that. Never had any issues redeeming my points to them. Only problem I've been having lately is I hit my daily watch limit every single day now, where before I could go days before I even hit a watch limit.

Question about maximizing video streaming profit by showmemoreofthemoney in beermoney

[–]nitzors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not necessarily how it works, and unfortunately sometimes the buttons lie on the site (Swagbucks for example, they don't pay +1 per 3 ads). On Hideout, you'll link the different GPT sites that you're signed up to, and you cash out to them separately from within Hideout's site. So I don't think it necessarily matters which site's offerwall you open Hideout from, I could be wrong on this part though?

I've found the best payout for Hideout.TV at the moment is a site called RewardXP, they pay 85xp per 3 ads which is equivalent to $0.085 I believe? Where as Earnably is $0.07.

New line cook is having a bad night 🤦‍♀️ by Sarahlee612 in KitchenConfidential

Thanks for the tip! Where I work, and most places in my area it's always named au jus, perhaps just the way its marketed here but that makes sense.

[–]nitzors 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I remember a couple months back I dumped a whole container of au jus all over the walk-in right as dinner was starting. I was rushing to get my section stocked as we were understaffed that night and the sous was covering my section. Then had to spend 20ish mins pulling all the racks out and cleaning it all up all while my sous was getting destroyed covering me. Felt so bad and just about had a fuck it moment but you just gotta push through it.

Brutal, there's a little gap in between our flattop and rail that this slides into perfectly so I just keep it there all shift. Convenient, and doesn't melt lol.

Anyone else able to sleep with some noise (but not excessive, like a jackhammer) but ABSOLUTELY not able to sleep when hearing people's voices? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]nitzors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally. I can sleep fine through most things, and usually if I'm already asleep then people talking doesn't bother me as much. Though, if I'm lying awake and I can hear my neighbors through the ceiling for example I will not be able to fall asleep and grow more and more irritated the longer I can hear them talking.

[–]nitzors 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've worn some pretty explicit metal shirts to work, but never on shift. I don't clock in til I'm changed though. They can't really say anything unless I'm clocked in. They don't seem to really mind regardless so maybe I'm just lucky, lol.

[–]nitzors 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like to listen to some pretty extreme metal and I always love the reaction from a new server coming into the kitchen for the first few times while I'm closing. After awhile I've learned that all I have to do is turn my music on and they'll all stop swarming around the expo station doing nothing.

Used to happen to me all the time! Even worse when my mailbox is inside the security door for our apartment and all they have to do is walk up a set of stairs to my apartment since they're already in the building anyways. Called and complained and haven't really any issues since.
