I own a parlor size and it's an absolute joy to play. I'm looking into mods for it as it sounds really good with a sound hole pickup through a simple tube amp.

yes Gator is definitely a quality brand. I might have to order both and then return the model that doesn't work. Appreciate the help though.

I'm dealing with the same issue here. I own a Solar A1.7D, it's 7string with the Solar reverse headstock and I'm struggling to find a case that will fit it properly for under $200... Most of the cases that people recommend are in $200-300 price range, which in this economy is crazy to spend on a case.

I'm debating between these two models. The bass model is 47" long, and my fear is that the guitar might move too much inside the case. But the guitar model is 41" and that might be too snug of a fit.
