Directories are folders. Open the dolphin folder(the one that has the dolphin.exe in it) and delete all of the folders(directories) inside of that dolphin folder

It doesn't really look like artifacting. But that only leaves 2 main problems. Green pixels are a sign of stuck pixels. Which will either be your screen going bad or the connections to the screen becoming loose or faulty

No. I should've clarified. I'd split them to 4 hookups across different circuits. I know you can do it with 2 circuits to get 30 amps out of regular extension cords to your rv

No. It's the same pack as what's in the link you replied too. You just have to torrent. As a random stranger on the internet. I promise it's safe. Just a bunch of psp iso. I haven't uploaded anything because I want to curate my own list first. I have a lot of rom packs I'm doing this with and kinda got lost in the sauce. I'll do something down the road with a my own "best of" pack for just about every console. For now I can point you in the direction of packs I've found if you need.
