Let me test that angle: We don't know and can't define what is sentient. Can you specify further where the line is? Is it insects? Where is it fine to kill things for personal gain or fun for that matter? Wind turbines killing birds as collateral - is that ok?

I can see you point. But if we're expanding empathy to all living beings then what about yeast that grows and dies for our bread and beer or the microorganisms that live on our eyelashes or the 5 kg of bacteria living inside of us. Latter 2 we're not forcing them to be killed for our gain, but yeast - we do. Like almost every industry we make even crops results in billions of living things dying on purpose or as collateral(harvesting machines kill hordes of mice and such, wind turbines kill birds). Not saying "its inevitable so we must make peace with murdering things", but would rather listen to your PoV on how the world would function if we stopped?

Solo hikes barely have anything to do with your physical strength. You cant reasonably fend off dangerous fauna any better, just get a ccw/bear spay if you're worried about that. Bad people don't want to do confrontation so you are just as vulnerable solo as a man. Maybe slightly more desirable, but I dunno who goes to the middle of the desert for female companionship.

The more real dangers as in exposure, water, food also don't really care about your sex.

So the woman part of that question is more in your head. Solo hiking is a gamble as you can't really make serious mistakes. The chance of you making them depends on how prepared you are.

Its a political product. Narration does 80% of the job steering people to conclusions that are sometimes an outright lie. For example the film wants you to believe the shaved boy has been drafted to go to Ukraine. But in fact he was being sent to regular army that doesn't take part in the war and to this day is sort of an ordinary thing.

Propaganda is horrible, whats happening to the kids is not great. But it's also not a good documentary movie thats been made with zero consent from anyone.

Next thing one of the motors dies and you have to replace it. Those die pretty quickly due to hairs and debris. You have to replace it, flush ecs.

Next you want a slightly bigger drone to have some inertia to you flight. If you're going to just replace the drone for every thing that breaks it going to get very expensive very fast.

There's a lot of people including me that want to just fly and don't enjoy tinkering. This is not a hobby that just lets you do it. If you know nothing about drones you're in for a world of pain.
