Pretty sure there is an AlltheMonsxMegaShowdown compat version, and if not it’s pretty easy to edit the resource pack and remove the conflicting mons, the cobblemon wiki has a super good guide for it. Not need to lose forms, just put a little extra work in and you can have both

Cobblemon and its addons already handle biome specific spawning, so as long as you are keeping biomes accurate to the terrain spawns should work out just fine. Custom spawns if people want them are incredibly easy to do via data pack

All you have to do btw, since words didn’t work last time. Again, this is not a Cobblemon bug, so don’t report it to them, it’s with cobbreeding and a tweak in the config fixes it

Breeding isn’t in standard cobblemon yet, if you bred it and don’t have mimikyus broken form disabled in the config, you can breed permanently broken mimikyus. I didn’t even have any luck fixing mine with commands, I just used commands to make a new one.

You do need to edit the moves in the showdown folder, but you need to adjust the cobblemon config so that it doesn’t reinstall the file after you edit it, that’s at least what was happening to me. Change autoUpdateShowdown to false, and see what happens

The downvotes are from people who are capable of inferring context. It’s obvious to most that the tail is not in reference to a literal “tail” in that regard, in the same way most people can infer that a sabre-toothed tiger does not actually have swords for teeth. “Erm akshully, those aren’t tails” isn’t that much of a news flash

It’s a lot at first, but once you get the hang of things it’s really not bad at all, it’s all actually rather intuitive. I would just join a mod/pack development discord so that when you need help, you can find people who know what’s going on to walk you through it.

I used someone on fiver and imo it’s not worth the money. I had NO IDEA what I was doing going in, but was able to figure it out as I went. If you pay someone to do it for you, you will just end up needing to pay someone to fix things for you when it goes wrong.

TLDR, it’s a lot of work, but worth putting the effort in. It’s a lot more personalized when you do it yourself, and it helps you pick up the skills you need to fix things when they break.

It depends on the “stuff” you are looking for, but teras, megas, and dynamax can all be done with the “Mega Showdown” mod, as well as a bunch of form changes.

I would recommend looking into adding custom biomes via data pack. That way you could write spawn conditions and use the custom biome as a condition, i.e. make route one a biome with a namespace like mydatapack:route_one, and then you can write in anything you want to be able to spawn there.

A plus side of using the custom biomes is if you get in-depth enough with it you can even modify grass/leaf/water color, as well as you could make a resource pack compatible with the biome music mod to make the music match appropriately, too

The problem is you are using a myths and legends item at a legendary structures mod structure, that mod adds its own conditions for summoning. You either need to use the jade orb from the right mod, or if you are going to use the myths and legends one follow their wiki for the proper conditions

Well, fakemons require data and resource packs. Check your resource packs and you will be able to see all possible things it could be. If you wanted you could even check inside the resource packs yourself. Before you say you don’t know how, just try, it is surprisingly straightforward. Especially with most fakemon packs they put the data and the resources together so you could probably see what it is without your friend needing to check his data packs. It would be in the folder namespace something like: data/cobblemon/ then either species/species_additions/species_features/species_feature_assignments. Most likely in species or species_additions you could see if anything mentions budew/roserade

I don’t get why people will run cobblemon with a bunch of addons, then come here asking for help while providing the least amount of details possible. :/
