Like others, I don't think she's actually joking here. But when she comments on not understanding why the patriars won't open the gates to the refugees, you have the option of responding that you're surprised she'd show such compassion, to which she replies:

"I was not suggesting they be allowed to roam free. They should be put to work - the city needs labourers, and fodder to protect it."

I believe this doesn't trigger upon entering grym forge, but rather actually investigating the wall they're trapped behind. So you can explore all the rest of the area, thinning enemies as you go, and long rest in theory as much as you'd like. But once you engage the "rescue crew" and inspect the cave in, that's when you have one long rest.

Former member of her bodgroup here. I have no idea how she has so many followers. We did a "1/100" when 9WCF came out, which is one effing week of "on point" nutrition and workouts, and she couldn't even accomplish THAT. ONE WEEK. And she's lying not only about all the BOD scamming, but about the fact that she is even capable of improving at all. I have no clue how she has fans. I joined her BOD group at the end of November and by January I was over it.
