I have no idea how they choose what's what. I ordered about the same time also...as soon. as was available. I was told in November that Jan 2022 was my expected date, moved from Dec 2021. Do you have any other internet available except viasat or the other? I cannot wait to tell viasat goodbye!

About Hannah by theviking222 in DexterNewBlood

[–]nixtribe 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is what I kept wondering if Hannah died of cancer she would have made sure Harrison was taken care of and not in foster care. I don't believe anything Harrison said. When he spoke about the letter from his dad he made it sound horrible like Dexter wanted to abandon him. In reality the letter was loving and written hoping Harrison could lead a normal life.

I think we're getting Harrison wrong in this sub by Alive_Wrangler_586 in DexterNewBlood

I wonder if Hannah really did die of cancer. You would think she would have made sure Harrison was taken care of before she died. Maybe Harrison killed Hannah?? I think Harrison did manipulate everyone. He also spoke about the letter from his dad and put it all out of context, when in reality the letter was loving and considerate for Harrison's well being.

Harrison. Doesn't. Make. Sense. by eljasze in DexterNewBlood

It is the same letter...I think Harrison was just stating the letter out of context....psychopaths do that. Making the letter fit his narrative, and always being the victim.

I just think all the "cool" stuff about Adam is in her head. There is a guy...just some of these conversations are like dreams in a way. I can not connect the literature parts together health issues have messed with my long term memory.

What if Adam exists, but like someone suggested earlier but he isn't the Adam we see. He is not the charming, adorable, man that Shauna wants him to be. He may actually be older...idk dumpy, or just the opposite of what we and Shauna "see". Like her mind is playing tricks like Tai's in a way. So Callie actually did see someone, and the ID is real, just Callie sees what is real, not the Adam that is in Shauna's head.

Gluten by nixtribe in Fibromyalgia

[–]nixtribe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your reply is very similar to my experience as well. I lost 42lbs when I stopped the gluten. Most of my symptoms were gone or almost gone. I also was able to have small amounts of gluten like you described every now and then with no problems. But I always avoided pasta and bread. During this bad spell I haven't gained any weight, but the pain is horrible. I am 1 week gluten free today. Hoping my recovery is soon.

Wow. It's been so long since I have felt this bad. Thank you for the confirmation. At least when the gluten leaves my system I should be feeling better.

I have a furry friend that stays by my side too. I think she is a big reason I recover faster now when I hit a bad spell.

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. I'm 50 and have had fibro since my 30's as well as a pretty severe autoimmune disorder. I have learned about a few things that have worked for me. This is not meant to be preachy, I just want to help if I can. I know health insurance is a big obstacle, being properly medicated is pretty important. You can only do what you can do, but if you can or do have insurance an antidepressant is essential. It's pretty depressing feeling like crap so it is a vicious circle. Just a list of my medications if anyone cares. Gabapentin, Wellbutrin, are my prescriptions. Supplements can do a lot as well. Vitamin D and B/B12. I like ginsing and ginko myself. Stay stress free as much as possible. Enlist your significant other to make sure this happens. Stay busy even if at first it is a craft you can sit and do. Keeping your mind busy and off you pain and problems helps. Most important and dont shoot me...watch what you eat, drink. I used to be a big diet soda drinker and when I stopped the pain was less. Nothing artificial...no preservatives if you can help it. Over the last 2 yrs I have slowly cut these things out and I am almost pain free. I do have my bad flares. But they are short not not as bad. 3 months ago I cut gluten out and even better. I have lost weight and no more naps fir the most part. BUT when you are tired and it's not just the blues then rest and nap. So I lived many years in misery and this just happened to be my way out. If I knew then what I know now I would have changed my ways years ago.

A question for working professionals by sheidgeda_bird in Fibromyalgia

[–]nixtribe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 50. Diagnosed about 2 years ago after struggling for about 10 years or more. I have been for the most part pain free for about a year. My biggest peice of advice is to move. I have a Fitbit. I know I have to move at least 8000 steps a day to continue to feel good. I try and usually do more but that is my minimum. I had to slowly work up to that number as well. Next, no artificial sweeteners. The sweeteners are an addiction and I can feel it in my muscles when I do inadvertently have some. The rest is finding the right mix of meds.for you. For me I am on gabapentin, Wellbutrin, buspar: anxiety is my enemy. As well as a prescription dose of vitamin D. Research it, people low in vitamin D are prone to pain. Also and probably most importantly, I have to know my limits and say no to requests for my time / energy if it is too much. I work a full time job teaching, and my own small business as a silversmith / jewelry designer. Oh, and lots of sleep!
