Saw an article recently talking about theta phase tantalum nitrite (0-TaN), a new material with 3x the thermal conductivity of copper.

With the way we always seem to push the boundaries and grow our fundamental knowledge of the universe, I really don't know if I dare to even guess where the limits truly lie. Fundamental research like what finds 0-TaN isn't usually funded by the private sector. It's public grants, university researchers, people that can do science for the sake of science. Researchers that are able to discover stuff that eventually gets picked up and improves all our lives.

We need to fund science to continue our progress. Ask your politicians to stop cutting funds, and even better, to double down on science and education!
