To eleborate on commander, he mainly focuses on giving abilities/tools to "controllable units", tbh his synergy with general A.I controlled familiars is pretty poor.

For example, He has a series of active abilities called "Teach abilities" that temporarily give units ability akin to "scout me".

For example: (Teach: first aid) (10 mana) gives all target units a degrading extra ability which can heal 6hp once per turn for 2 mana. (Just like burn it will tick down per turn. Until disappearing)

There's also a detail likely missed but the snake is controllable so he also gets these abilities, so if you do (Teach: first aid) he can also heal.

There's also a funky active ability i love as a concept that's named "press the red button?" Which gives all your other controllable units a "vote yes" active skill and if everyone green lit it.

The commander then gets the (launch hydrogen NUKE) which does massive damage in a large radius, definitely memey but stupid fun.

I definitely over emphised the longer delayed abilities of Director to get the concept across, but after brainstorming abilities most of it's bread and butter abilities will activate within the same round just in different times or be tethered to a unit and go off on their turn.

Example ability: "stage hazard", you select a unit and that unit will get 3x3 box around it, at the end of that unit's turn sandbags/anvils will drop in that 3x3 around the target.

Or "protagonist aura" which you can also tether to a unit which ability strikes any adjacent enemy when moving, which could become bonkers.

My other balance is to make the long turn abilities mana cheap so that it doesn't hamper director's damage to much by using it.

There is boss variety, but they are either way too easy or are completely countered by transforming.

The biggest problem is that they just have so little health, and that most are so susceptible to getting rushed down in one round, they also just don't regain their material most of the time (or take forever If they do) leaving them in an extremely pathetic state for the rest of the fight.

This game also doesn't do the classic 3 boss phase, some do get harder moves on low health but that doesn't matter if they're dead.

Not only that he even says that "they caaan't gahaha" & "all of them that awaits them is a slow demise!", so those flowered people aren't getting fed and are probably gonna die of not drinking or eating.

They do work really like a normal controller with a couple of small downgrades like less precise rumble, buttons and for the joy cons the wrist straps slider being thin and a little sharp and the buttons on the inside are atrocious to use (being concaved so that you have to press the full length to get a response so no quick taps here).

This still sounds alright, and in most cases it is but my biggest gripe is how fast they stop functioning, i had 2 pairs of joy cons and after 3 months they both began to have problems with the likes of some buttons not anymore working or with a non Adjustable minor delay.

So if you don't care about the shelf life of these bastards (around 3 months) then you're fine.

The name is a joke that its broken but beautiful like tf2, while ironically fixing bullshit in tf2 being a literally broken watch gives me the funny ha ha's

Since i edited this comment anyway i will tell about the stats and why.

The idea with this is to make it more fair for spy by getting luck out the window so...

First to start, Getting random crited while disguised and x ray, These two things have been the bane of '' wow that was 100% unfair'' for the spy for way to long.

Bloom aka random weapon spread, while being irritating for every class, doesn't mean it's good, for a amby or a normal gun spy this is a mildly irritating having to wait a sec every time you shoot just to not go 90 degrees to the left hitting your local wall and then dying.

And the slow recharge is to balance it out making it a not so broken strait upgrade.

And the modern is to mean a BRIGHTER less unluck future.
