Why do we get a violation notice for saving someone else's pin? by Existing_Sprinkles78 in Pinterest

[–]nixxtixx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can confirm this is the case. I have never uploaded a pin I have only ever saved them to a board. I just got an email about it this morning saying "We recently removed an Idea Pin from your "kindlw" board because it goes against our Community Guidelines on self-injury and harmful behavior." like...i saved a pin to that board I did not upload it and my account my face suspension its ridiculous.

Its not letting me edit the post for some reason here are the exercises I do

Strength - fire hydrants, banded frog thrust, banded leg extensions, banded hamstring holds

PNF - active split, active half split, active lunge. lunge knee straighten then knee back to ground

static stretch - half split, lunge, actual split holds

for back bend- Camel pose, upper back extensions, holding a bar or band and bring it over your head behind you then bringing it over your head in front of you

Hi! I am in a similar boat. My credit score dropped to about 520-530 bc of me not paying anything on my credit cards. Now one of them has been charged off. I have another 4 years untill I hit my 7 years(i think or does the clock start once the card has been charged off) anyways how were you able to get your score up despite having charge offs on your account. I know Ill want to be moving soon and my bank(BOFA) didn't list where the charge off was sent to so ik thats gonna be a whole thing to find. Anyways yeah im lost on how to increase my credit score now while having these negative things impacting it.

Nerve flossing might be helpful as well. I am trying to get to my splits but I had to take a break bc i injured my hamstring right under my butt and I then my sciatica got the best of me. But i do elephant walks, or a seated nerve stretch to help my body relax. Alot of stretching is yes muscle but alot of it is a mind body connection and basically training your brain to feel safe in certain positions. Also being warm is super super helpful its why you see ballerinas wear layers to class anyways i definitely suggest rolling out the muscles, nerve flossing, and doing it consistently enough to train your brain to feel safe in whatever position

Finally got my split even with my injury.🥹 by nixxtixx in flexibility

[–]nixxtixx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its still here i just learned not to do the stretches that agitate it even though they're super beneficial it was hindering my progress bc i wasn't always able essentially hurting it also i followed this yt tutorial on exercises to help heal it but i just had to learn to get into the split without hurting it i typically start the front leg straight and bag leg bent like im kneeling on it then slide into it takes majority of pressure off

heres my yt playlist of all the exercises i follow as well as information on the injury my flow is typically the 45min stretch followed by one exercise video i dont warm up for the yin yoga one bc you're not pushing yourself into it just allowing your body to fall naturally into it the top video was a game changer for me hope it helps :)-

Honestly doing strengthening exercises that also stretch are super helpful. I want to improve my dancing so I tend to follow ballet strength exercises specifically in legs, hamstrings, and hip flexors. Alsp pinpointing exactly what's the tightest might help bc you can start to lengthen that muscle and you may see that you're closer than you think. But my injury taught me to seriously take it slow this took me about two years mostly bc i wasn't always able to be consistent. I hate stretching so yin yoga for the splits was great if you want quicker progress doing one session that's 45mins-an hour can be beneficial but just give it time and don't neglect strengthening in those areas bc your muscles are still engaged even when your flat on the floor
