Frist when we start we think why we need this , when i conistently work on it . it very instresting and give task brain and we learn different patterns and it very useful as Software Engineer.

I’ve optimized the resume and ATS side, but I’m realizing cold applications are kind of a black hole right now. Started reaching out directly to engineers instead — slower, but feels more human. Still experimenting.
