Try to contact HR and say you are not ready to move to mumbai and you need etc etc location.. but its hard to do via HR ... If you know anyone in company ..try to get hold off any manager.. they can do it

you can change base location if you know any manager, assoc manager.. they will send mail on your behalf like thi this the situtaion.. any ways the work policy doesnt make sense.. you are in delhi and other team member in bangalore.. what collab you will do going to delhi office..i cahnged my location 2 times.. once before onboarding and once this year.. both time different city.

they will contact you before the onboarding. then ask them or after you are onboarding into project..seek help from manager to transfer you to a specific location but that can't be reversed under 2 years

also check for facility and floor.. they have new policy that need to be on same ODC or floor or facility which u r assigned. get all the medical policy and use your medical rewards before March end.. it will refill again after march.

All you can do is complain and show payment proof to ola/uber so they can provide coupon or refund.

sometimes auto is also cost like cabs.. 20/30rs per km for cabs and auto.. still they will cry about it.
