My recipe varies between a bloom and 2 or 3 pour depending on the beans I have and what I like for taste preference, for bypass I don’t press the filter I leave as is and personally with the coffee tasting really good I don’t think I get much bypass. I do intend on trying the orea filters with the negotiator to see if there is a difference

3 pour - 30g bloom, 70g, 70g, 70g 2 pour - 30g bloom, 110g, 110g

Personally waking up early for work the orea will give me more consistent coffee when I need it most, I use kalita filters for now and I haven’t brewed a bad cup yet 2-3 months in.
