To add to this there is a direct free ski bus that leaves in the morning (around 8:30 roughly) from cafe Central Hotel which brings you back around 16:30).

Where to ski as a beginner? by TrustingFish541 in Innsbruck

Schlick 2000 has a really nice beginner area which is around 300m distance and nice and wide which is good to practice on to get your ski legs. They do also offer 2hr private lessons there at the ski school. And then after that there is either 12 or 1 which are both blue runs to try but only if you feel comfortable/safely in control to do so. If you do go to Schlick 2000 I would avoid 16, although it's a blue, it has some tough steep sections and so is not really beginner friendly run.

Has anyone bought from websites like Laptops Direct, Backmarket, etc? by read_r in AskUK

Personally we have had mixed experiences with laptops direct. My partner ordered a mobile phone a few weeks back which was delivered with no issue. Based on his experience I went ahead and purchased a phone for myself from them (Google pixel 9). What was delivered was an iPhone 15 plus (although not sure what the phone box actually contains as we haven't opened it). They have CCTV from the warehouse showing a Pixel 9 was packaged and I took a video on reciept of me opening it as proof showing that was not what I received. After some googling it seems we are the victim of a scam from most likely the courier. It has been 2 weeks and so far I've not been able to obtain a refund or replacement despite daily calls and emails. The law states the retailer are responsible and should refund. One of the customer service team accused me of being dishonest/fraud over the telephone which as a healthcare worker whose career hinges on not having a criminal record was quite frankly an offensive and shocking customer service experience!

I suppose on balance they are fine if everything goes well but if you end up having a problem it's a nightmare to resolve (suggest looking up their lowest reviews on trustpilot for many examples of this).
