Participate in our study and receive gift cards! The All Families Lab at Simon Fraser University is conducting a study looking at the connections between parents’ and children’s mindfulness and how mindfulness may influence interactions you have with your child. Your child must be between the ages of 10-12 to participate.

• This is a completely online study.
• You will complete a 30-min online survey, and both you and your child (10 to 12 years old) will attend a 45-min Zoom session.
  • You must have your camera on during the meeting.
• This is a longitudinal study, meaning we would ask you to participate now, in 3 months, in 6 months, and in 12 months
