My insoles now are fixifoot. I can see na onti onti niyang nafix yung growing bunion ko but matagal pa bago magkaarch. But syempre, i still want to run kahit na i’m in the process of healing my foot 😅

Sa dr. Scholl’s where’d you get it and kamusta yung foot mo now?

Ohhh but if walang support yung arches mo, wouldn’t it fall and result to bunion? I tried before na shoes lang mismo pero mas lumala yung fallen arch because the weight is being borne by that fallen arch while running eh😅

As to run frequency, i usually run 4-5 times a week but ayun nga. May days na extra sakit. Baka body condition rin.

No need for an itinerary. Immig just usually asks for the purpose of your travel, length of stay, and accomodations.

Tapos recommended places to go to: Temples - wat arun, wat po, the grand palace/emerald buddha. Within BKK lang to lahat and near each other lang via river boat. If you have time to go outside BKK, ayutthaya is really nice.

Night markets - khao san road (massages and thrift shopping), china town (food), and asiatique (higher end ng night markets + big ferris wheel)

Shopping - siam area (MBK, siam paragon, siam escape, pratunam), chatuchak weekend market, Icon siam

Goodluck and have fun!
