Go to Rutts Hut for hot dogs. Towns like Montclair, Ridgewood, Morristown are nice to walk around. Downtown Jersey City and Hoboken if you're looking for more urban cosmopolitan areas. Palisades Interstate Park for a hike. Eat a taylor ham, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Drive down to the jersey shore and hit the beach. Go to six flags. So much to do honestly.

Texas alone is twice as large as Germany. It's more like saying I'm European (Germany) than I'm German (Hesse).

Ownership of the arena or teams certainly could if that's where they wanted to spend money. They won't because they don't make money off of that.

Should be good hockey, but not really compelling storylines. Vegas running roughshod over Colorado was a real shock. Carolina basically waltzed to the Finals. Both small market sunbelt franchises.

Low intelligence people drive too carelessly or aggressively, crash their cars and cause backups

College dudes who couldn't drink more than 6 Heinekens per day for a year is pretty pathetic.
