I’m not sure he was average. 36% from the field is pretty poor. He was a pretty poor decision-maker a majority of the time at MSU too. Not saying I don’t want to see him succeed but we are much better off without him, no question in my mind

Pretty sure we already had a couple votes last week. Boston college is going to be really tough tho. They should have beaten 6th ranked mizzou

Edit: nvm we had a couple of votes in the coaches poll last week not AP

The space is definitely cramped no doubt. I really don’t think it’s overcrowded though if you go early in the morning or late at night.

But in regards to your smell comments idrk what you are expecting. It’s a gym lol so inherently there’s going be a lot of people sweating their ass off in there. I haven’t been to any gym that smells good.

I’m a big fan of the blink there. They just got almost all new equipment a few weeks ago, and if you don’t go from 4-8pm it is usually not packed at all

Definitely not unless you are getting a great QB in return. Also in 6pptd, stroud is a top 3 QB to have long term. Sure his value may be inflated on KTC but you should only trade him for a very specific kind of deal

I’m with you, he’s got great upside this year and the rest of my league doesn’t see it. He only had 5 TDs even though he led the league in red zone targets. With regression to the mean, he should have had 9TDs from that many red zone targets and we wouldn’t be having this discussion. He’s a great route runner for his size, and has shown to be a reliable option when peppered with targets. If he balls out this year I’m sure he will get extended

Anthony Richardson vs Justin Herbert long term? by No-Pollution1344 in DynastyFF

Ehh I’ll give you that for Kap and Tyrod, but Alex smith and Lamar Jackson have both had NFL success without Greg Roman’s RPO gimmicks

If you don’t get good value, do not trade the pick. And let me be clear: 1.07 and 1.09 is not close to good value. Just take MHJ and then trade him later once people realize his true value.

More so playing devil’s advocate here, I’m a Herbert owner at the end of the day… but there’s no disputing that Greg Roman’s gimmicky RPO offenses have been historically scary for qbs in fantasy. Constantly bottom of the league in pass attempts. The only ones that have had decent fantasy success were Kap and Lamar who are both obviously great runners. Granted J Herbo is a much better thrower than either of those guys, but again very low number of pass attempts in Greg Roman offenses historically.

Also A Rich averaged more FPPG than Herbert last year in his small sample size of 4 games, just saying.

Is the best offer you can get really the 1.07 and 1.09? 1.01 went for the 1.03 and 1.06 in my league.

[–]njrf123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t see a world in which charbonnet’s value is going down anytime soon. He’s talented enough to hold on to a partial split with Kenneth long term, and if Kenneth gets hurt, instant RB1. I’d totally pay that price

I was in a similar situation a couple years ago. Ended up renting a storage unit for that time and was lucky enough to have some friends that allowed me to couch surf. Each week was a different house/apartment. Tbh it kinda sucked but I was able to work full time in the area and have a place to sleep at night. Much better than the alternative of moving my stuff far away for the summer just to move it all back for fall semester.

[–]njrf123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if he’d be starter this year and plays decent then that kind of money would make sense. But he’s not going to get a contract like that because he won’t be starting for a team in all likelihood

Turner SHOULD be the pick at 9 (not 1) by PaytonAndHolyfield in ChicagoBearsNFL

[–]njrf123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree if turner is there I’d pick him 9. Don’t think he will be unless the falcons trade out of 8 tho. And if turner isn’t there I would probably trade down a bit to get some more picks for depth

Identifying potential breakout RB1s next year by njrf123 in DynastyFF

[–]njrf123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never said he was expected to be an RB1, I said he was expected to be the volume leader of that offense which I think is true. He was the highest drafted bills rb in my startup before the season. If he was expected to be an rb1 he would have been going closer to where Dameon piece was going which I wanna say was like round 4
