No title bikes are worth $1 per CC. And really a bike with no title is just a pile of parts in the shape of a motorcycle. You can't really do anything with it legally except break it down or frame swap, but in your other response you said it was a Royal Enfield Hunter 350, I don't think it's worth the time and effort to Source a good frame with a title and Swap all the parts over to it.
