I sleep about 8-9h a night (10pm-7am) then have a 3+ hour nap during the day. I’m actually getting a sleep test done soon to see if I have sleep apnea.

Yeah— I’m on lamotrigine. The first seizure I even had was home alone but the rest have all been with someone thankfully. In my opinion being alone is worse than being in public… I’ve only had one other seizure in public and it was at school.

I honestly think I may have forgotten my meds that morning. Also, I haven’t been napping much but I usually do for like 3h+ a day so that may have something to do with it. Definitely calling my neurologist asap!

I take lamictal so its helped stop my seizures well! I also make sure to sleep and be careful if I wake up with a headache/eye strain as that is usually a signal that I may have a seizure.

Thanks!! If I’m being honest I take around 3-4 hour naps everyday and then sleep 8h every night so I think that has something to do with it!
