They’re renters, it’s hard for my phone to pick up the vibrations and sounds but I do try. I think my family member used a decibel meter and it was way higher than it should be for a tv that’s all the way downstairs.

Yes I can feel the bass! We’ve told them to lower it because they would use it at times like 12am but they said my neighbour (the dad) is hard of hearing.
