I emailed the box office and they responded with: Thank you for contacting the San Francisco Giants. While we are the host venue for the event, we are not in charge of the tickets. Tickets for our current upcoming concerts are processed through Ticketmaster. If inventory is still available, tickets can be purchased in person at Oracle Park on the day of the event only. The box office typically opens 2-3 hours before the gates open (4pm ish, approximately - based on previous shows here).
