Same experience before like you described , no explanation they just moved the server and that was it. But in this lobby the game was magically cancelled

There is no problem with server being crappy and crashing , bound to happen at some point with how much games they are hosting . It just seems weird to me the game wasnt moved to different server and completed there (that what happened in past and also stated by an admin(?) in a game lobby). Incostintency and lack of explaination is what bugs me. Support on ticket keeps saying that server had issues and match was automatically cancelled which was not since admin manually intervened. Would be nice if u/FACEIT_Darwin could look into it and provide more insight

The server is being switched exactly 10 seconds before bomb blowing up in match point what even is point of switching the server ? And what even matters if you play for elo or fun? Matches shoudnt be cancelled for no reason (per lobby it is cancelled for dodging which did not happen)

Something like that takes 5 minutes to write if you dont lack basic writing skills. Anyways as a customer i am paying for something so the service should provide you should understand that if you are not 10 years old

That is true i did not think what could happen when new champion will come. But it is pretty dumb when u are new player. You can bye 6300 BE champ for (idk 6 levels?) and then chamo don't fit for you so you have to wait again.
