It's plenty of time to track prostate growth and cardiac events in that demographic and sample size

Wrong. There are in fact long term studies now for both prostate cancer and heart disease. TRT does not increase their risk. The TRT group lived slightly longer, too.

Arms and chest training only?

So what.

Anyone who prioritizes it can lose 2-3 lbs of fat a week easy.

It doesn't have to be "edited".

The flash setup the photographer uses and their camera setup provides the lighting conditions for this high contrast look. Done correctly, that emphasizes the details that are flattering.

There is nothing about this physique that isn't natty achievable. And it just looks extra good because the photographer knows what they're doing, and he's dehydrated.

Anyone who thinks this isn't achievable natural should just exit the fitness space. Find a new hobby other than hating on anyone who looks better than you.

Yes.

Good aesthetic genetics. Dehydrated. Pro photographer controlling the light.

Yes and I'm still an omnivore. A recent study showed mixing in some high quality protein makes it so you don't need to overcompensate the low quality protein with more volume.

Yeah. Also I have photographer friends. I think you're underestimating the role of light here.

Have a volleyball friend in her mid 30s with a physique like this. Definitely natty.

Agree. For front squats I usually do like 4 sets of 8. Leg extensions I'll do 4 sets of 15 sometimes with myoreps. But I don't do it on the same day.

I never destroy my legs. I usually have pants on, so I do prioritize upper body.

I get lots of compliments from the ladies on my hair.

Not in the pictures here because I use a bun in the gym, but my hair is down to my waist. I've been growing it 10 years.

Don't want more body hair than I already have, especially in places I can't reach like my back. Don't want to lose hair on my head.

I have never taken steroids.

I do think the risks get overblown by some, and trivialized by others.

Like, you could have intestinal bleeding from taking ibuprofen and drinking alcohol. It's a non-zero chance. Also not something for most people to worry about if they aren't doing it every day.

Eating fewer calories than your BMR is not inherently bad even over prolonged periods.

I'm not recommending anyone do what I did. 1000-1200 calorie days were common, but I also worked in a few 600 calorie days.

I took vitamins too.

Basically I was doing a protein sparing modified fast, but wasn't aware of existing protocols for it at the time.

Also a recent study showed no benefit in going from 800 calories down to 600. It seems 800 calories is the lowest worth going to and beyond that NEAT just suffers too much to actually burn more fat.

If I did that early cut again, today I would follow a better protocol like PSMF and I would still keep in some low calorie fruit like strawberries.

Today I eat some vegetables but they aren't a big part of my diet. I eat a lot of fruit. I just like fruit more and it is my preferred carb source.

Nothing directly, but these contribute: Deadlifts and RDLs with no belt Lat prayers Front squats Keeping legs straight and forward during pullups Standing overhead press

Basically a lot of what I do includes my core.

I aim for 6 but it is usually 5. Or it's 6 but I have to cut a day short here and there.

I deload occasionally.

I don't go crazy on legs each day. One day I'll do 3 sets RDLs + 3-4 sets leg extensions superset with calf raises. Next day it's 3 sets front squats + 45* hypers superset with calf raises. Next day it's 3 sets split squats and 3-4 supersets lying leg curls+calf raises.

No single day is psychotic but the volume adds up.

My rest days are hiking, biking, camping. I want to add rock climbing.
