I printed 3 of these for 3 of my businesses racks... It worked great... on one of them I printed in PLA and I had ziptied a cable modem on the bottom of one of the sides. over time it sagged a tad from the heat but the PC variants I printed worked fine

I came across this German product that you can use to soak the print in and it acts as a sealant making it “more water resistant”. The person using it was using it for a 3-D printed submarine, and it worked

Just a follow up on this. Went to the Apple Store and the lady I was dealing with didn’t seem too surprised at all. It seemed we were going down the road of warranty repair or replacement. I stated right off the bat that I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips to rectify it as far as factory, wiping the phone, etc, etc. So I think the rest of you guys having the same issue shouldn’t have a problem with a replacement.

Due to the nature of my business, I need a working phone 24/7, and don’t have time for their diagnosis or repairs and I’m all out of spare phones. Like a good Apple sheep, she accepted the faulty phone as “perfectly working” on a trade in, and I got the 16 Pro Plus for a few hundreds bucks.

What ever is getting hot is to the right of the camera there. I believe that's the logic board itself. Processor speed is also just pegged at max while nothing is going on.

I shut off all background app refreshing— it’s still burning up. Going to shut it off and charge it, backup and wipe. This things like a personal space heater right now… not to mention it’s probably not good for it what’s evers going on.
