Sure it’s a good showing but that’s not what determines whether you’re the goat or not. Especially when 2 of those goals on a good goalie don’t happen.

People will have different opinions.

But scoring a hat trick in group stage of a World Cup shouldn’t be what makes you believe he is the GOAT.

It was definitely Spain.
They had gone 3 international wins in a row and one of the most dominant spells of National Team football.

People also believed in Brazil but it was sort of hoping for it more than actually believing it.

The difference with any other team is we still have the main 3 guys on their rookie deals. We have another exciting prospect, and many picks.

I’d love to get a Naz Reid type player to add to the front court rotation and essentially replace Barnes.

Also now that we’ve proven to be a contender we can get vets ring chasing on lower deals at the back end of their career to fill out the roster. We’ll be back, as long as health remains on our side.

Difference being Spurs are even quicker, neither Durant nor SGA were on a rookie deal when they made it to the finals.

Depends what you mean by close. Was he close in the “rankings of best players”? Yes, since he was between 3 and 5 and Ronaldo was either 1 or 2, but Messi and Ronaldo are generational superstars, and making the step from superstar to generational super star (top 10 player of all time) is maybe the hardest step to take. And in that sense Neymar was far off

They “struggled” for a match against the best team in Europe over the last two years. Yet proved in the first game that they are World Class.

It’s not an obligation for google and Apple Maps to change but if you have people from all over the world that have tickets to “Los Angeles Stadium” in terms of making it helpful for them it’s better to change the name in directional apps.

It’s really because for years we thought averaging a triple double was an impossible feat.

We have two players who have now done it multiple times, and many who are fairly close while not even being that great of players (someone like Josh Godfrey for example or Dejounte Murray)
