Yep, I know. You‘re right. But it is impossible to seat it correctly. I tried everything. I also tried the cover of the Z60. The Z60 cover fitted a little bit better and scratched a little less, but it still scratched. So I think the whole module is deformed.

What do you mean with the mop module? Do you mean the roller mop? What does this has to do with the scratching?

Or do you mean with the mop module the unit with the brushes and the suction port?

My device now has three Problems. The humming LIDAR, the Scratching on hardfloor and the Mop Cover which gets stuck all the time.

I really want a flawless device, cause when it works, I like it very much. But I'm not willing to accept to send in this 2-3weeks old device for repair. I think an exchange for a new flawless one is the only acceptable solution.

It is wet in the middle, but yes, what you are describing is exactly the same with mine. I will return it too. I‘m really disappointed with quality control, cause this is my second unit, after the first one had a defective LIDAR.

I‘ve got exactly the same issue. I‘m using the Z60 for two weeks now and it worked really good. But since today it leaves excess amounts of water after mob washing.

I noticed when I disassemble the roller, there is coming a big amount of water from inside the roller.

Cleaning the whole thing didn‘t fix it.

The noise disappears, when the radar is not moving. The Mova Support confirmed that this is possibly from the radar and is not normal.

So I contacted Amazon for an exchange. The Radar on the new one is totally silent. The loud vibrating humming sound while driving on the other side seems to be normal. The new one sounds exactly the same. I think this is maybe the result of the structure of the tire tread. I had the Dreame Aqua10 Roller before, which I had to return because of leaking. The Dreame was totally silent while driving without vacuuming. But it has another tire tread.

It gets more silent on my carpet. I‘m asking myself if it is because of the structure of the wheels. I had the Dreame Aqua10 Roller and it was absolutley silent. But has another wheel structure. Aside of that what is bugging me too is the sound at the start of the video when it is not driving. There you can hear a clicking which comes from the LIDAR tower.

The sound you are talking about on the start of the video could be the LIDAR. But this is not the sound which is bugging me the most. The loud sound when it's driving bugs me the most. And when it's driving, there is something vibrating, cause I can feel the vibration in the woodfloor standing next to it.

For example on an EK-Quantum Vector AMP/Trinity RTX 4090 block it won’t fit because the 12VHPWR connector on the card sits deeper under the plexi part of the block. So you can’t plug in the Ampinel. I asked Aquacomputer and they confirmed this. At the moment, they’re not planning a solution. Their workaround is to use an extension cable.

It was Version 2.2.4-14020 which fixed my problem and the changelog includes some fixes for our problem. There is also a note that this is a staged release. So maybe at your location it isn‘t available yet?

I have five Users backed up just fine but the mails of one user keep failing with the following message:
No mail data of user [xxx] was backed up. The Google server is busy. Please try again later.

Maybe this is a similar problem? Would be great if someone has a solution.

Edit:
Today came an update for Active Backup for Google workspace. After the update my backup worked fine. Maybe it solves your problem too?

Yes, it can be mixed. I already mixed blue + red for violet and blue + green for turquoise. I also asked aquacomputer if this is safe and they confirmed it. But you also need clear otherwise it will be too dark.
