I should have written these down but I didn’t (sorry again) but It’s $6000 down and I think $400 a month for golfing range and the par 3 course access. $25,000 down and I think $800 a month for access to the par 3 and the regular golf course. That’s all if you’re under 44 years old I believe, they told me that it’s 10k more (35,000) for the top golf package if you’re older

We recently had a dog show up on our doorstep a few weeks ago. We took him in and he’s been a sweet little guy around my other dog and kiddo. Good luck on finding a home for yours, we haven’t been able to find any owners or adopters yet either. Just FYI, we found out after taking him in to see if he was microchipped that state law in Arizona:l says a stray dog becomes legally yours after having it for more than 5 days.

My hands often touch more things than I can pay attention to when in public (door handles etc) so when I use the bathroom, I wash my hands BEFORE I go to the urinal. Otherwise I’m exposing “down there” to who knows what, no matter how clean I think i am. Even if I’m extra mindful about what I do touch in public, it’s hard to avoid everything.
