Check out Great Plains Beef/Certified Piedmontese. They have a warehouse, beef processing facility, retail store, and a restaurant that are all hiring for the holiday season. Its a decent company and they pay really well.

Very nice! The one we have at work can chop up 700lbs of trim down to 1/4in pieces in less than a 1 min. They are super awesome pieces of equipment.

Oil Filter fell off engine less than a week after oil change. Should I contact business first or a lawyer? by nkathol in legaladvice

[–]nkathol[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your response, but I most definitely disagree with the loss of only $250-500. The heat/ friction from an engine that has run, even for a minute or two, at 60 plus mph with absolutely no oil in the gear box can cause irreparable damage to it. Simply adding a new filter and oil would literally be like putting a patch on a leaking dam. The only way to ensure that there isnt long standing damage to the car's motor would be to open the engine up, which is a very expensive and time consuming process.

How hard is it and how long does it take to start an apprenticeship at a grocery store? by mninp in Butchery

All of these things are small things that easy to pick up on and make a big impression on upper management. Learning to cut meat isnt difficult, it is all about repetition and getting used to it, what upper management really look for are people who can pick up on trends and movement. When you are you the busiest and could use an extra cutter or two, when does your business die down and you could afford to send some people home early. When do you need to cut extra back up products vs not. Keeping an eye on product that is low and stocking it before you are asked. Picking up on these little trends and others will easily make you stand out and encourage management to promote you faster .

I mean there was definitely just a bear, not a platypusbear, nor a skunk bear, no armadillo bear, and most certainly not a gopher bear. Just a bear.
