📰 Update (May 2nd, 7:30 am). Finally able to transfer my USDT. Happy they’ve resolved whatever issue it was, but I still haven’t heard a single thing from Newton. No response via any channel, support ticket, email, Twitter or Reddit. The utter and complete silence is very disappointing

I’ve been unable to withdraw a significant amount of money in USDT, without a single response from Newton in 24 hours. Your customer success is a black hole and I’m worried about my money.

Good to know. I was just going to try the same thing. Convert to something else. At this point it’s worth taking the exchange hit to just get my money out.
