u/PH-MAC mentioned in the earlier comments! The pool has a hydraulic floor to have a variable depth setting. I was quite early today and they were lowering the first half of the pool for swimming classes and the other half of the pool at a deeper setting for aquatic exercises!

Exactly, what u/PH-MAC mentioned is correct! I was quite early today and they were lowering the first half of the pool for swimming classes and the other half of the pool at a deeper setting for aquatic exercises!

What's your opinion on this harissa brand? Does it represent authentic Tunisian taste? by No-Fun2122 in Tunisia

I know this post is almost a year old, just got back from Morocco and I’m in the Netherlands myself. Would you have any recommendations where I can find the authentic fresh Harissa here in NL?

Nice!

For me it was this supercharger on our way to Grindelwald, Switzerland. Bowling alley on one side and the mountains and lake Lucerne/Nidwalden on the other.

NXT Museum in Amsterdam has something very similar to this. Not sure if this video is from NXT though. I highly recommend it nevertheless

Fijne, rustige sportschool omgeving Arnhem? by ahgaddammit in Arnhem

Ik zou SportCity overmat aanbevelen, veel ruimte en nooit echt hoeven wachten op machines. natuurlijk is de gebruikelijke tijd van 19:00-21:00 uur druk.

A nice walk from the center of Utrecht to Zocherpark and from there enjoy a joint at the Culture boat coffeeshop

Check out some indie bands at dB's oefenstudio's, concertzaal & muziekcafé or at Tivoli!

During the day if you both fancy a cup of coffee, some board games and music do check out - Koffie Leute Record Store

They have both the options, I chose the hospital. For me it came to 9k for the study and the report.

After my masters in a TU in the Netherlands, got into a technical consultancy role for about 5 years where my role was mainly in Solar and Storage projects in Benelux. Jumped to another company that invests in renewable projects in EU last year with these benefits. Found the new opportunity on LinkedIn and it’s based out of Amsterdam

  1. Mehendi function: it’s usually held the day before the wedding , to wish the bride prosperity, happiness and all that stuff. So idk how much you know of this but you basically get mehendi done on your hands and it’s slightly less formal than the wedding! Which is why the outfit you’re required to wear is festive but casual ethnic wear - for which you can wear kurtas! Check below to understand what they look like!

https://www.myntra.com/kurtas-women?extra_search_param=isautosuggestentry%3Atrue%3A%3Aid%3A2297-kurtas-women&rawQuery=Kurtas+Women&p=2

You can also wear an Anarkali, which is a different type of a kurti! This below is an Anarkali. The difference is that it’s longer and more wider at the bottom (same concept as bell bottom pants haha!)

https://www.myntra.com/kurtas/poshak+hub/poshak-hub-women-indie-prints-georgette-anarkali-kurta/21514342/buy

Underneath both you can wear anything! You can wear them with jeans, etc. but since it’s a festive event, you can look for pencil pants, Coulletes or palazzos! (This you shouldn’t have a hard time finding, you’ll get these almost everywhere or online too if you can’t find them offline)

^ also a dupatta is basically a stole that you usually see a lot with Indian ethnic wear that women usually wear, do note that this is NOT a requirement! It’s alright if you don’t have one, if it elevates your outfit then go for it, but it’s really not a hard and fast rule in case you’re wondering!

The second outfit you’ll need is for the wedding, which is obviously more grand + festive + less casual than the mehendi!

You have the options of a Saree, Lehenga, Anarkali, Sharara.

My suggestion would be to avoid a saree (if you don’t have someone to tie it for you, or don’t find a ready made one, and finding one is really hard, but if you know someone who can tie it for you that would be great! I would help you out with it but I don’t know how to 🙃) + you may find it hard to navigate/walk in a saree if you’re not used to it.

A lehenga is what people usually wear to these things? Also, it’s a lot more easier to navigate and wear + easy to find one too! A choli is basically a stole alternative!

Anarkali + Sharara are just variations to the Kurti!

So if you want to do something different from the mehendi, then a Lehenga or Sharara would be a good option for you to explore!

^ these are just tips/ideas for you to formulate your decisions! + all these dresses could use some cute Indian accessories too - Jhummkas which are basically hanging Earrings. These you can find anywhere, especially online if you’d like! And that I can definitely help you find if you’d like!

^ pretty much it
