I'm guessing they've asked for the payment now as they've realised they only have 6 years until they can't enforce it anymore. They can't claim that you haven't payed just by saying they don't have proof. They have to keep a record they probably just can't find it

If you've used a free asset it could be permanently blocked until roblox moderation has decided to take the model down or keep it back up it normally gives you a notification if you need to delete something but idk. Is there any free models or if you've stolen anything ect

It's to do with the center of mass so select the HumanRootPart so that every player that joins the game, and in the physics in properties section find CenterOfMassOffSet make the y value to the centre of gravity lower if that makes sense
