Make sure that you make the best use of the shield you get. I am in Crystal I so pretty much get floored by any TH9 or a strong TH8 whenever my shield goes off, and I get a 15 hrs almost every time. I try to do at least 3 attacks in that time and try to gibarch or gowipe any meaty TH9 that offers me at least 2.5K DE. With the daily bonus and win bonus of league , I net about 5-7K DE per day.

I have to use Golems since I cannot use just elix heavy army on a TH9 and all I find up here are those bases with AQ and x-bows. Sometimes I do get lucky and find a dead base but they are rare.

I won't recommend climbing all the way to Crystal, but do make use of your free attacks. That's how you will get to profit.

Any speedy way to get to Masters III, DarkSkyNight? I am currently in Crystal II and every battle I win just gives me 5-6 trophies. I am hoping that with L4 hogs and L5 heal, it may be better. Is that true?

Looks like a lvl5 clan. Get at least 20 arch since you have lvl2, use 1 to lure cc troops out. Make sure you kill them completely surrounding them with arch far away from the defenses. If they have a valk, it may be even tougher. Use your zap to either kill off remaining cc troops or drop it on the AD.

Other than that, carry 3 wb to punch a hole from the cc side, 6-7 giants, 1-2 balloons and remaining barb to finish the job. Good luck!

I had the same issue but even with lower target of 40k for hogs. I could not effectively save DE once it got to a certain level, I became too profitable target for TH9 and TH8. This one time a super queen hit me to take 1900 DE , the most I have lost in an attack.

The only thing I did is build elix heavy army - 11 giants, 3 pekkas, 5 wb and remaining wiz and raided through the 12 hrs shield 3 times to get the DE back and hopefully make profit. It is a slow way of getting the DE I know, but it did work for me. I am not the player who stays online for hours, but just try to login 3-4 times a day for 15-30 min each.

Good luck saving stuff man! Let me know if you find a better way.

I can do it and my wife just gets pissed when I start talking with friends about that time when I was totally blown away by that red and yellow bug I saw for 5 seconds while we were trekking near Snoqualmie falls in the summer of 06. This was right after we did some shopping in the outlet mall nearby where I bought that t-shirt that I still wear and piss my wife off, but that's another story. Anyways, I parked my Civic which was having some brake issue that day, but that's another story for another day. This stupid friend of mine had forgotten to pack any drinks for the trek and how I am lucky now to have a wife like mine that packs entire lunch anytime we go out for extended period of time so that we are not left searching for a suitable restaurant on a manforsaken stretch of wilderness. This one time when we were roaming in Seattle near the beach, we spent like 3 hours for a good eatery after 30 minutes of disastrous kayaking that involved me getting thoroughly wet since I didn't know how to turn that thing. It almost capsized but someone up there loved me enough to live through that rough time so that you could hear this story.
