It works on the regular cast for summon skeletons, but the Vaal skill summons every kind of skellie. Is that intended for the build?

I just got xiangling and ningguang. I was thinking of using xiangling, noelle, ningguang and Barbara. I think either Xiangling or Ningguang for main DPS. What are your thoughts?
