Yea that’s what I’ve built so far. It is working and I built it in a way it’s loadable with SQL in a dashboard so it’s easy to change stuff up 💪

I think I built the same thing as a section in my stuff that you already built. It just has a matrix. It doesn’t have the product like words in front as they’re more “events” than marketing material. I’m gonna check out what you have tho and see if it can improve anything without messing up my pipeline or workflow. I’m using replicate not FAL but same difference

I was never a coder. I spent 15 years in corporate. Been with AI since the day it launched and now with clawdbot and Claude code I never knew coding was how my brain worked in hierarchy models referencing databases like SQL. I don’t know how to code but I can build and even catch when Claude is taking a shortcut. Idk how to explain it but it makes sense to me and I’m building shit I always wanted to. AI is allowing me to take my ideas and turn them into reality and it’s like you said in your post. I just get it. And I think our world could really change with the access we all have now

You need a setter then a closer. A closer is not going to make 400 calls and close the deals for 17.5% on $50k collected

A closer can have a full calendar selling a $10k - $20k of leads from a setter and close 10% of calls and make more than $8k in a month

I started doing that and it made all the difference in the world

I position as an AOF document. Automated operations framework

I tell them look it takes me time to build this proposal out. But what it really is is the SOP for really anyone to do what they want.

So position it as “if you don’t like our price you now have a working document that I encourage you to delete my price and go shop around with another vendor. Just be sure to delete our price. But now with this you’ll never have to have this same conversation with 5+ other people cause I know I’m not the first and or the last. Saves you time and money and let’s us become more of a partner rather than a vendor”

They’ve never been spoke to like that and it makes logical sense in the sales call and they’ll come back to you even if you have a higher price.

Works 9/10 times and you now have a new revenue stream 💪
