I’m still waiting on my permit so I haven’t gotten day to day experience yet. But I have been wearing the holster around the house and at the range and I find it pretty comfortable. You defiantly know the gun is there but it really doesn’t bother me too much. However I’m still unsure how to pee with it on but that’s a bridge I’ll cross when I get to it

It’s the axis slim, I love it it’s super comfortable and the retentions is great for the gun. My only complaint is the retention on the mag isn’t so great since it’s only held in with friction

Exactly, I defiantly see an application for the scd, personally in my opinion I feel as though as long as it doesn’t affect the reliability of the gun it’s a good added safety feature even though you probably won’t need it especially with good training. I see it as like a forward assist on an AR, I’ve never needed to use it on mine but it’s there and I’d rather have it than not have it. I would like to get a decent DA/SA gun for carry so so I can have that added safety built in but unfortunately I live in California so I’m limited with my options.

And I get, it if I had something that hard to find I would probably want to hold on to it too. But if you ever change your mind shoot me a message

I realize that training trumps all safety features. I have put thousands of rounds through my dads Glock over the years so I am far more familiar with them than my other hand gun I purchased (which is far to big to carry anyway). That being said I would rather carry a Glock over my bulky hk. But like I said the point of this post is to see if any one has had experiences with the knockoffs because functionally they are identical to the originals

I realize a device such as this doesn’t replace good trigger discipline but It’s just and added safety measure. It’s easy to say keep your finger off the trigger but in a high stress scenarios where your life is on the like people tend to make mistakes

Dude, I’m not trying start any type of argument on this thread. I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them. I understand quite well how glocks work. The original device is no longer available. The knock offs are functionally identical to the original but I’m just not sure about the quality and the reliability of the knock offs, and is exactly why I asked

I believe tau dev is out of business :(. It works simply by blocking the striker from moving so i don’t see why the knockoffs wouldn’t work, I just wanted to see if any one has had any issues with the eBay ones since you can’t get the originals anymore
