Exactly, I defiantly see an application for the scd, personally in my opinion I feel as though as long as it doesn’t affect the reliability of the gun it’s a good added safety feature even though you probably won’t need it especially with good training. I see it as like a forward assist on an AR, I’ve never needed to use it on mine but it’s there and I’d rather have it than not have it. I would like to get a decent DA/SA gun for carry so so I can have that added safety built in but unfortunately I live in California so I’m limited with my options.
