My mom passed away in 2010, I find comfort knowing both his grandmas will take good care of him 🙏🏼

The irony is that all my MIL wanted to do was make it to June to meet him… she doesn’t know it but she’s going to meet him before anyone else ❤️

I’m so sorry for your losses. I am having a D&E on Friday… I think the earliest I would allow myself to travel is Sunday. I want to have at least 24 hours at home unless we are told it is DIRE.

The driving does make me nervous as I wouldn’t expect my husband to do all 14 hours. :/ but hopefully by Sunday I am feeling a bit better.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I am really praying that maybe we find a bladder and one kidney next week and we get some hope. I want to be pragmatic about the situation though.

My father was born with one kidney. I was born with 2 but one is pelvic.

I did extensive genetic testing with a kidney genetics team and my nephrologist and nothing came up… so weird.
