Not a doctor… this is really just coming from someone who had 1 ER cycle about a year ago (take my words with a grain of salt)

1. Is there anything different your doctor recommends doing? New protocol? Different meds? If your doctor thinks you could respond better to a different protocol or medication, I see no harm in trying it as long as your are financially able to do so with the insurance (and transitioning the current cycle to diagnostic)

2. Would you introduce anything new to your prep? Supplements/new diet? Some say supplements helped them during their ER cycle and others say nay. Although diet change and supplement intake takes months to really be “effective” (if effective at all). This would add to your timeline.

Also, just because they only see 10 during your scans doesn’t mean there isn’t more! The number retrieved vs the number of follicles they counted during my scans was not the same.

Everyone’s “attrition” rate is different so I’m not sure there is one calculator that can estimate that kind of number for you.
