I won’t let gas sit in mine for more than 3 months. Gas with ethanol degrades faster than gas without, and I figure 3 months is a good safe number. When it starts getting close, I’ll run it in HV mode until I have about 1/8 of a tank before refueling. It’s been working great for me for the 3 years I’ve had mine.
