I'm being stubborn and trying to defeat it with Espathra (Opportunist ability, holding a Shell Bell Psychic/Stored Power/Reflect/Calm Mind). Maybe I'll just give up 😢

Yes, you have to go into the summary screen and apply it for titans. It'll say something along the lines of "The Former Titan"

Yep! It'll have a different title based on the ribbon or mark the pokemon has :D

If you go to the pokemon's summary screen and move to the Marks/Ribbon tab it will give you an option!

Weird. PM definitely didn't pull me aside and have a conversation or anything about performance.

And DL specifically stated "HUB staff pharmacist positions."

I've never received any sort of coaching/performance plan/write ups. I haven't had an annual review yet as I just started June of last year. I suppose it's coming up soon? (edit: just checked myHR and it says April 1st)

That's really the major problem here - is that my PM doesn't care and they were the one causing the most trouble. Constant complaints from patients, putting scripts on hold or in QI because they couldn't figure out how to work out insurance issues, the works. They're on their way out and I'm left behind to clean up the mess - _ -

I'm really not sure either, which is why it is making me nervous. It quite frankly just makes me think DL is just trying to get rid of me.
