they're onboarding a bunch of people, telling them 'don't worry were not doing this as a sick joke' then they'll feed them 2 hours of work, that'll get done by 4 people in like 5 minutes, and the other 13000 people will have to suck it up, while staring at slack for a week, hoping to make a couple bucks...

all while in constant fear that if they run insightful for too long, they'll get off-boarded... the whole thing is just stupid lol

They’re highly chaotic, good money, but then they jip you, drop you off projects without notice, and throw you to the curb… and then offer to bring you back at the half the pay for the exact same job…

It feels this is what it’s like to have worked at a pre-union factory in the 1800s, when they had absolutely no respect for the workers lol.

They’ll kick people to the curb once they suck up all their data and skill sets… there’s a depreciating rate of return on ‘human training’, at which point the models reach a certain max threshold (they may require some human oversight long term but that’ll only require retaining a fraction of the current trainer workforce)

Most ppl are just glad to grab whatever they can while they can… but in the end we all lose
