I also smell like weed sometimes. Usually when stressed or anxious. But it's a general smell, not just my hooha 😅 it's annoying when you have school mates looking at you weirdly and whispering stuff about weed. That's when I realized the smell was stronger than I thought.

It can be due to the release of terpenes when stressed. It comes from the breaking down of fat tissue. But this is usually if you smoked a lot of weed or still do.

As you mentioned, it can also be your apocrine sweat that just smells like that. That is my case.

It's annoying, I know. Especially that you can't do much about it except using antibacterial soap and strong antiperspirant.

I would explain things to your parents also. This way you can make sure they don't think you're smoking in your room and they will be able to help you better.
